Our Story
At Sebastian we love the unrivaled, carefree lifestyle of the Greek Riviera. Our doors open early for coffee and breakfast every morning, and stay open well into the late evening. An interpretation of the iconic bistros belonging to great cities like New York and Paris, Sebastian’s menu is rich with French and American flair in equal measure, always sourcing seasonal ingredients found in Greece and across the Mediterranean. Local and International natural wines and spirits complement the menu and enhance the fun vibes. Joining us in creating the good times are our pals from Athens’ rollicking Wine is Fine restaurant who helped curate our wine list and help make everything just right -- including the music and lighting to encourage everyone to linger into the night. We’ve also been known to throw a good party with them too.
Sebastian is a welcoming place for all who seek fun, friendship and frivolity. We’re located at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens in Glyfada, and are open seven days a week.
